1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and windreamph ("windreamph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the windreamph online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality available at windreamph.club and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the windreamph Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

windreamph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on windreamph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of windreamph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the windreamph Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

windreamph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to windreamph's satisfaction.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the windreamph Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one windreamph account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. windreamph uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update your windreamph account promptly.
• KYC Compliance: windreamph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You agree to cooperate fully with windreamph's KYC process, including submitting requested identification documents within the timeframes specified by windreamph.
• Account Activation: windreamph reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account that does not meet windreamph's eligibility or verification requirements.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your windreamph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your windreamph login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your windreamph account, even a family member or trusted friend.
• You must notify windreamph immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, by contacting windreamph support at [email protected].
• windreamph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from windreamph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

windreamph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your windreamph account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified windreamph of unauthorized access.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

windreamph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit issued by Philippine banks)

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on windreamph:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on windreamph is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. windreamph will not process withdrawals to accounts or payment methods that have not been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Same-Method Policy: windreamph may require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-money laundering control measure.
• Processing Times: windreamph aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, subject to KYC verification status and the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• Currency: All transactions on windreamph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). windreamph does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies.
• Player Funds: windreamph maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Your windreamph balance represents a claim against windreamph for the corresponding amount and is not a bank deposit.

windreamph reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

windreamph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your windreamph account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. windreamph reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your windreamph account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• Game Contributions: Not all games on windreamph contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and video poker may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: windreamph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if windreamph determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.

windreamph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the windreamph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on windreamph, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generation: windreamph's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable. RNG systems used by windreamph's game providers are independently audited by recognized testing laboratories.
• Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical RTP for each game is stated in the game's information panel. Actual results for individual sessions will vary from the theoretical RTP due to the inherent variance of casino games.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, windreamph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. windreamph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
• Disconnections: windreamph is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections or device failures on the player's side. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when playing on windreamph.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on windreamph. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by windreamph at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the windreamph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the windreamph Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the windreamph Platform. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to windreamph immediately and must not be exploited.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the windreamph Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to windreamph at any time, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to windreamph through your payment provider, except in cases of genuine unauthorized transactions reported to windreamph in advance.
• Using the windreamph Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Accessing the windreamph Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

windreamph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. windreamph provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your windreamph account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your windreamph account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the windreamph Platform — including but not limited to the windreamph brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of windreamph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the windreamph Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any windreamph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on windreamph content.
• Use the windreamph brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the windreamph Platform.

Any unauthorized use of windreamph's intellectual property may result in legal action. windreamph reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, windreamph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the windreamph Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your windreamph account at the time the claim arises.

windreamph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the windreamph Platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the windreamph Platform caused by circumstances beyond windreamph's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit windreamph's liability for death or personal injury caused by windreamph's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

windreamph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the windreamph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the windreamph Privacy Policy.

windreamph collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC compliance).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Sending promotional communications to players who have opted in to receive them.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the windreamph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

windreamph's operations are subject to oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe that windreamph has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may raise a complaint with PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
